Prior to founding Redpoint, Andrew worked as executive for a Chicago-based multifamily company. During his tenure, he grew the company’s multifamily portfolio from less than 200 hundred units to over 1,300 units, spanning four midwestern states with an aggregate asset value of more than $150,000,000. Andrew has experience managing and building-out all aspects of multifamily operations, including asset, property, and construction management, as well as the accounting and IT functions.

Andrew’s breath of education and experience demonstrates his passion for life-long learning and continuous improvement. Andrew received his undergraduate business degree from Northern Illinois University. He also received his Juris Doctor from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he focused on Business Law and completed financially focused MBA courses.

Andrew, his wife Emily, and there two daughters, Violet and Eloise, are proud residents of Oak Park, IL, and have been lifelong inhabitants of the Chicago-land area.

Ryan brings a wealth of private equity experience to Redpoint from his long track record of buying, growing, and stabilizing small and midsized businesses. He is the founding member of Redpoint affiliate NK Capital Partners. NK Capital has successfully executed the acquisition of several non-real estate businesses in a variety of disparate industries. Prior to founding, NK Capital Partners, Ryan helped rapidly grow a startup B2B marketing company which was eventually sold to a private equity firm. He spent over 10 years with the company, working directly with the CEO, focused on growth in variety of roles including sales & marketing, training, recruiting, and business operations.

Ryan earned a BA from University of Illinois. He currently lives, with his wife and three children, in the Lincoln Park neighborhood in Chicago, IL.

Brad is a founding partner of successful Chicago-based fixed income derivates trading company. For more than a decade, Brad has served and led within the Chicago trading community. Simultaneously, he has been an active investor in large commercial real estate transactions. As such, Brad offers Redpoint a wealth of financial experience as well as a deep network of investor partners.

Brad earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Illinois. He currently lives with his wife and kids near Wrigley Field, where he follows his beloved Cubs.
